We want you to love your purchase! Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund in eligible cases.

Refunds & Replacements Are Offered If:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • There is a printing error (e.g., incorrect design, colours, or alignment)

  • The wrong item was sent (e.g., wrong size, colour, or product)

  • The item was lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)

Please provide clear photos of the issue when contacting us.

Refunds Are Not Offered For:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or colour ordered

  • Minor colour or placement variations due to the print-on-demand process

We recommend reviewing our size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.

Timeframe

All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date for lost orders).

How to Request a Refund or Replacement 

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at support@truthfulgifts.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few days for the refund to appear.
